(وَلَا يَصِحُّ تَكْفِيرُ مُرْتَدٍّ بِعِتْقٍ أَوْ إطْعَامٍ زَمَنَ رِدَّتِهِ) فَإِنْ كَفَرَ بِذَلِكَ لَمْ يُجْزِئْهُ (نَصًّا) لِأَنَّهُ مَحْجُورٌ عَلَيْهِ لَحِقَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ.
