(وَشُرِطَ) فِي وُجُوبِ عِدَّةٍ (لِوَطْءٍ كَوْنُهَا) أَيْ الْمَوْطُوءَةِ (يُوطَأُ مِثْلُهَا وَكَوْنُهُ) أَيْ: الْوَاطِئُ (يَلْحَقُ بِهِ وَلَدٌ) فَإِنْ وُطِئَتْ بِنْتٌ دُونَ تِسْعٍ أَوْ وَطِئَ ابْنٌ دُونَ عَشْرٍ فَلَا عِدَّةَ لِذَلِكَ الْوَطْءِ لِتَيَقُّنِ بَرَاءَةِ الرَّحِمِ مِنْ الْحَمْلِ.
