(وَلَا يَسْقُطُ) الْمَهْرُ (بَعْدَهُ) أَيْ: الدُّخُولِ بِوَطْءٍ أَوْ خَلْوَةٍ وَنَحْوِهِمَا مِمَّا يُقَرِّرُهُ لِتَقَرُّرِهِ (وَلَا يَرْجِعُ الزَّوْجُ عَلَيْهَا) أَيْ: الزَّوْجَةِ (بِخِلَافِ أَجْنَبِيٍّ)
