مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(لَا) يَلْزَمُهُ (دَوَاءٌ وَلَا أُجْرَةُ طَبِيبٍ) إنْ مَرِضَتْ؛ لِأَنَّ ذَلِكَ لَيْسَ مِنْ حَاجَتِهَا الضَّرُورِيَّةِ الْمُعْتَادَةِ، بَلْ لِعَارِضٍ، (وَ) كَذَا: (لَا) يَلْزَمُهُ (ثَمَنُ طِيبٍ وَحِنَّاءَ وَخِضَابٍ وَنَحْوِهِ) كَثَمَنِ مَا يُحَمَّرُ بِهِ وَجْهٌ أَوْ يُسَوَّدُ بِهِ شَعْرٌ؛ لِأَنَّهُ لَيْسَ بِضَرُورِيٍّ
