مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَنَفَقَتُهُ) أَيْ الْخَادِمِ (وَكِسْوَتُهُ) عَلَى الزَّوْجِ (كَفَقِيرَيْنِ) أَيْ: كَنَفَقَةِ فَقِيرَةٍ مَعَ فَقِيرٍ (مَعَ خُفٍّ وَمِلْحَفَةٍ) لِلْخَادِمِ (لِحَاجَةِ خُرُوجٍ، وَلَوْ أَنَّهُ) أَيْ الْخَادِمَ (لَهَا) أَيْ: الزَّوْجَةِ (إلَّا فِي نَظَافَةٍ) فَلَا يَجِبُ لِلْخَادِمِ دُهْنٌ وَلَا سِدْرٌ وَمُشْطٌ؛ لِأَنَّهُ يُرَادُ لِلزِّينَةِ وَالتَّنْظِيفِ وَهَذَا غَيْرُ مُرَادٍ مِنْ الْخَادِمِ
