(وَلَا يُعْتَاضُ عَنْ) الْوَاجِبِ (الْمَاضِي بِرِبَوِيٍّ كَحِنْطَةٍ عَنْ خُبْزٍ) أَيْ: كَمَا لَوْ عَوَّضَهَا (عَنْ الْخُبْزِ حِنْطَةً أَوْ دَقِيقًا) ؛ فَلَا يَصِحُّ وَلَوْ تَرَاضَيَا عَلَيْهِ؛ لِأَنَّهُ رِبًا.
