(وَإِنْ ذَهَبَ) بِكَسْرِ صُلْبِهِ (مَاؤُهُ) فَالدِّيَةُ، أَوْ ذَهَبَ بِكَسْرِ صُلْبِهِ (إحْبَالُهُ) بِأَنْ صَارَ مَنِيُّهُ لَا يُحْمَلُ مِنْهُ (فَالدِّيَةُ) ذَكَرَهُ فِي الرِّعَايَةِ "، وَهُوَ مَعْنَى مَا فِي " الرَّوْضَةِ ": إنْ ذَهَبَ نَسْلُهُ الدِّيَةُ.
