مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَتَرَكَ مِنْ لِحْيَةٍ أَوْ غَيْرِهَا مَا لَا جَمَالَ فِيهِ) ؛ أَيْ: الْمَتْرُوكِ، فَعَلَيْهِ (دِيَةٌ كَامِلَةٌ) ؛ لِإِذْهَابِهِ الْمَقْصُودَ مِنْهُ كُلِّهِ كَمَا لَوْ أَذْهَبَ ضَوْءَ عَيْنِهِ؛ وَلِأَنَّهُ رُبَّمَا احْتَاجَ بِجِنَايَتِهِ لِإِذْهَابِ الْبَاقِي لِزِيَادَةٍ فِي الْقُبْحِ.
