(وَإِنْ قَلَعَ) الْأَعْوَرُ (عَيْنَيْ صَحِيحٍ؛ فَالْقَوَدُ أَوْ الدِّيَةُ فَقَطْ) ؛ لِأَنَّهُ أَخَذَ جَمِيعَ بَصَرِهِ بِجَمِيعِ بَصَرِهِ؛ فَوَجَبَ الِاكْتِفَاءُ.
