(وَمَنْ مَكَّنَتْ مِنْهَا قِرْدًا) حَتَّى وَطِئَهَا (عُزِّرَتْ) تَعْزِيرًا بَلِيغًا كَوَاطِئِ الْبَهِيمَةِ وَهَذَا الْمَذْهَبُ وَعَلَيْهِ جَمَاهِيرُ الْأَصْحَابِ.
