(وَمَنْ قَذَفَ) مُحْصَنًا (غَائِبًا لَمْ يُحَدَّ) قَاذِفُهُ (حَتَّى يَثْبُتَ طَلَبُهُ) ؛ أَيْ: الْمَقْذُوفِ الْغَائِبِ (فِي غَيْبَتِهِ) بِشَرْطِهِ (أَوْ يَحْضُرَ وَيَطْلُبَ) بِنَفْسِهِ.
