(وَيَنْبَغِي أَنْ يُضَيَّقَ عَلَيْهِ) مُدَّةَ الِاسْتِتَابَةِ (وَيُحْبَسَ) لِقَوْلِ عُمَرَ فَهَلَّا حَبَسْتُمُوهُ، وَلِئَلَّا يَلْحَقَ بِدَارِ الْحَرْبِ وَيَنْبَغِي أَنْ تُكَرَّرَ دِعَايَتُهُ، لَعَلَّهُ يُرَاجِعُ دِينَهُ
