(فَإِنْ قَالَ بَعْدَ إسْلَامِهِ لَمْ أُرِدْ مَا قُلْت فَكَمَا لَوْ ارْتَدَّ) ؛ أَيْ: لَمْ يَبْطُلْ إسْلَامُهُ بِذَلِكَ، وَلَمْ يُقْبَلْ مِنْهُ؛ لِأَنَّهُ خِلَافُ الظَّاهِرِ، وَيَكُونُ كَالْبَالِغِ إذَا أَسْلَمَ ثُمَّ ارْتَدَّ.
