(وَمَنْ لَمْ يُسْلِمْ مِنْهُمْ) ؛ أَيْ: مِنْ أَوْلَادِهِمْ الَّذِينَ وُلِدُوا، أَوْ حُمِلَ بِهِمْ فِي الْإِسْلَامِ (قُتِلَ) بَعْدَ بُلُوغِهِ وَاسْتِتَابَتِهِ؛ لِخَبَرِ:«مَنْ بَدَّلَ دِينَهُ فَاقْتُلُوهُ»
