(فَلَوْ احْتَكَّ) حَيَوَانٌ (مَأْكُولٌ بِمُحَدَّدٍ بِيَدِهِ) ؛ أَيْ: السَّكْرَانِ وَمَا عُطِفَ عَلَيْهِ، أَوْ مَنْ لَمْ يَقْصِدْ التَّذْكِيَةَ فَانْقَطَعَ بِاحْتِكَاكِهِ حُلْقُومُهُ وَمَرِيئُهُ (لَمْ يَحِلَّ) لِعَدَمِ قَصْدِ التَّذْكِيَةِ.
