(وَمِنْ وَجَأَ بَطْنَ أُمِّ جَنِينٍ) بِمُحَدِّدٍ (مُسَمِّيًا، فَأَصَابَ مَذْبَحَهُ) ، أَيْ: الْجَنِينِ (فَهُوَ مُذَكًّى) لِوُجُودِ الذَّكَاةِ الْمُعْتَبَرَةِ فِيهِ (وَالْأُمُّ مَيْتَةٌ) لِفَوَاتِ شَرْطِ الذَّكَاةِ، وَهُوَ قَطْعُ الْحُلْقُومِ وَالْمَرِيءِ مَعَ الْقُدْرَةِ.
