(وَ) يَتَّجِهُ (أَنَّهُ يَحْرُمُ) الْكَسْبُ (لِلتَّفَاخُرِ وَالتَّكَاثُرِ) لِمَا فِيهِ مِنْ التَّعَاظُمِ الْمُفْضِي إلَى هَلَاكِ صَاحِبِهِ دُنْيَا وَأُخْرَى، وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ [فَصْلٌ فِي حُكْم الصَّيْد المجروح] فَصْلٌ
