(وَإِنْ لَمْ يَتَّسِعْ) الْوَقْتُ (لَهَا) ، أَيْ: التَّذْكِيَةِ (فَكَمَيِّتٍ يَحِلُّ بِأَرْبَعَةِ شُرُوطٍ: أَحَدُهَا كَوْنُ صَائِدٍ أَهْلًا لِذَكَاةٍ) ، أَيْ: تَحِلُّ ذَبِيحَتُهُ،
