(وَلَوْ أَثْخَنَهُ) ، أَيْ: الصَّيْدَ (كَلْبُ مُسْلِمٍ، ثُمَّ قَتَلَهُ كَلْبُ الْمَجُوسِيِّ وَفِيهِ حَيَاةٌ مُسْتَقِرَّةٌ حَرُمَ) الصَّيْدُ وَضَمِنَهُ الْمَجُوسِيُّ (لَهُ) ، أَيْ لِلْمُسْلِمِ بِقِيمَتِهِ مَجْرُوحًا؛ لِأَنَّهُ أَتْلَفَهُ عَلَيْهِ.
