(وَلَا يَحِلُّ مَا) ، أَيْ صَيْدٌ (وُجِدَ بِهِ أَثَرٌ آخَرَ) لِغَيْرِ جَارِحِهِ أَوْ سَهْمِهِ (يُحْتَمَلُ إعَانَتِهِ فِي قَتْلِهِ) كَأَكْلِ سَبْعٍ لِحَدِيثِ عَدِيِّ بْنِ حَاتِمٍ.
