(وَإِنْ وَقَعَتْ سَمَكَةٌ بِسَفِينَةٍ لَا بِحَجَرِ أَحَدٍ، فَالسَّمَكَةُ لِرَبِّهَا) ، أَيْ: السَّفِينَةِ؛ لِأَنَّهَا مِلْكُهُ وَيَدُهُ عَلَيْهَا.
