. وَأُشِيرَ إلَى الثَّانِي مِنْهَا بِقَوْلِهِ: (وَيُنْدَبُ) الْحَلِفُ (لِمَصْلَحَةٍ) كَإِزَالَةِ حِقْدٍ وَإِصْلَاحٍ بَيْنَ مُتَخَاصِمَيْنِ (وَدَفْعِ شَرٍّ) وَهُوَ صَادِقٌ فِيهِ.
