وَأُشِيرَ إلَى الثَّالِثِ مِنْهَا بِقَوْلِهِ: (وَيُبَاحُ) الْحَلِفُ (عَلَى فِعْلٍ مُبَاحٍ أَوْ تَرْكِهِ) كَمَنْ حَلَفَ لَا يَأْكُلُ سَمَكًا مَثَلًا أَوْ لَيَأْكُلَنَّهُ، وَكَالْحَلِفِ عَلَى الْخَبَرِ بِشَيْءٍ هُوَ صَادِقٌ فِيهِ أَوْ يُظَنُّ أَنَّهُ صَادِقٌ.
