(وَيُجْزِئُ فِي الْكَفَّارَةِ أَنْ يُطْعِمَ بَعْضًا) مِنْ الْمَسَاكِينِ (وَ) أَنْ (يَكْسُوَ بَعْضًا) كَأَنْ أَطْعَمَ خَمْسًا وَكَسَا خَمْسًا؛ لِأَنَّهُ - تَعَالَى - خَيَّرَ مَنْ وَجَبَتْ عَلَيْهِ الْكَفَّارَةُ بَيْنَ الْإِطْعَامِ وَالْكِسْوَةِ فَكَانَ مَرْجِعُهُمَا إلَى اخْتِيَارِهِ فِي الْعَشَرَةِ وَفِي بَعْضِهِمْ.
