(وَلَا تُجْزِئُ) كَفَّارَةٌ أُخْرِجَتْ (قَبْلَ حَلِفٍ) إجْمَاعًا؛ لِأَنَّهُ تَقْدِيمٌ لِلْحُكْمِ عَلَى سَبَبِهِ كَتَقَدُّمِ الزَّكَاةِ عَلَى مِلْكِ النِّصَابِ.
