(وَ) مَنْ حَلَفَ (لَأَقْضِيَنه) حَقَّهُ غَدًا (أَوْ لَأَقْضِيَنه غَدًا، وَقَصَدَ مَطْلَهُ فَقَضَاهُ قَبْلَهُ، حَنِثَ) لِفِعْلِهِ خِلَافَ مَا حَلَفَ عَلَيْهِ لَفْظًا وَنِيَّةً.
