(وَ) وَإِنْ قَالَ لِامْرَأَتِهِ (لَا عُدْت رَأَيْتُكِ تَدْخُلِينَهَا) ، أَيْ: دَارَ كَذَا (وَالسَّبَبُ) الْمُقْتَضِي لِحَلِفِهِ (مَنْعُهَا) مِنْ دُخُولِهَا (فَدَخَلَتْ: حَنِثَ وَلَوْ لَمْ يَرَهَا) دَاخَلَتْهَا إلْغَاءً لِقَوْلِهِ رَأَيْتُكِ، لِمَا تَقَدَّمَ.
