(فَإِنْ عُدِمَ ذَلِكَ) وَهُوَ مَا تَقَدَّمَ ذِكْرُهُ مِنْ السَّبَبِ وَالنِّيَّةِ
(رَجَعَ إلَى التَّعْيِينِ) ؛ لِأَنَّهُ أَبْلُغُ مِنْ دَلَالَةِ الِاسْمِ عَلَى مُسَمَّاهُ، لِنَفْيِهِ الْإِبْهَامَ بِالْكُلِّيَّةِ
