(وَمَنْ حَلَفَ لَا يَحُجُّ أَوْ حَلَفَ لَا يَعْتَمِرُ حَنِثَ) حَالِفٌ (بِإِحْرَامٍ بِهِ) أَيْ: الْحَجِّ (أَوْ) ، أَيْ: وَحَنِثَ حَالِفٌ لَا يَعْتَمِرُ بِإِحْرَامٍ (بِهَا) أَيْ: الْعُمْرَةِ؛ لِأَنَّهُ لَا يُسَمَّى حَاجًّا أَوْ مُعْتَمِرًا بِمُجَرَّدِ الْإِحْرَامِ.
