(وَ) مَنْ حَلَفَ (لَا يُصَلِّي حَنِثَ بِالتَّكْبِيرِ) ، أَيْ: تَكْبِيرَةِ الْإِحْرَامِ (وَلَوْ عَلَى جِنَازَةٍ) لِدُخُولِهَا فِي عُمُومِ الصَّلَاةِ، بِخِلَافِ الطَّوَافِ. وَ
