(وَ) مَنْ حَلَفَ (لَا يَهَبُ زَيْدًا شَيْئًا، فَأَهْدَى إلَيْهِ) شَيْئًا (أَوْ بَاعَهُ) شَيْئًا (أَوْ حَابَاهُ) فِيهِ (أَوْ وَقَفَ) عَلَيْهِ (أَوْ تَصَدَّقَ عَلَيْهِ صَدَقَةَ تَطَوُّعٍ - حَنِثَ) ؛ لِأَنَّ ذَلِكَ كُلَّهُ مِنْ أَنْوَاعِ الْهِبَةِ.
