لَا مَاءٍ وَدَوَاءٍ وَوَرَقِ شَجَرٍ وَتُرَابٍ وَنِشَارَةِ خَشَبٍ

(لَا) يَحْنَثُ بِشُرْبِ (مَاءٍ وَ) اسْتِعْمَالِ (دَوَاءٍ وَ) لَا بِأَكْلِ (وَرَقِ شَجَرٍ وَتُرَابٍ وَنِشَارَةِ خَشَبٍ) ؛ لِأَنَّ اسْمَ الطَّعَامِ لَا يَتَنَاوَلُهُ عُرْفًا.
