(لَا) يَحْنَثُ (إنْ حَلَفَ لَا يَشْرَبُ مِنْ الْكُوزِ) فَصَبَّ مِنْهُ فِي إنَاءٍ وَشَرِبَهُ (لِأَنَّ الْكُوزَ آلَةُ شُرْبٍ) ، فَالشُّرْبُ مِنْهُ حَقِيقَةُ الْكَرْعِ فِيهِ وَلَمْ يُوجَدْ.
