(لَا) يَحْنَثُ (بِطَيِّهِ وَتَرْكِهِ عَلَى رَأْسِهِ) مَطْوِيًّا (وَلَا بِنَوْمِهِ عَلَيْهِ، أَوْ تَدَثُّرِهِ) ، أَيْ: جَعْلِهِ دِثَارًا، أَوْ الْتِحَافِهِ بِهِ؛ لِأَنَّهُ لَا يُسَمَّى لُبْسًا
