(وَ) إنْ حَلَفَ (لَا كَلَّمْته) ، أَيْ: فُلَانًا (حَتَّى يُكَلِّمَنِي أَوْ حَتَّى يَبْدَأَنِي بِكَلَامٍ فَتَكَلَّمَا مَعًا حَنِثَ) لِمُخَالَفَتِهِ مَا حَلَفَ عَلَيْهِ.
