(وَ) إنْ حَلَفَ لَا كَلَّمْته (إلَى الْحَصَادِ أَوْ) إلَى الْجِذَاذِ، فَإِنَّهُ تَنْتَهِي مُدَّةُ حَلِفِهِ (إلَى أَوَّلِ مُدَّتِهِ) أَيْ الْحَصَادِ أَوْ الْجِذَاذِ؛ لِأَنَّ " إلَى " لِانْتِهَاءِ الْغَايَةِ، فَلَا تَدْخُلُ مُدَّتُهَا فِي حَلِفِهِ.
