وَمَعَ عَجْزِهِ عَنْ زَادٍ وَرَاحِلَةٍ حَال نَذْرِهِ لَا يَلزَمُهُ ثُمَّ إنْ وَجَدَهُمَا لَزِمَهُ

(وَمَعَ عَجْزِهِ عَنْ زَادٍ وَرَاحِلَةٍ حَالَ نَذْرِهِ لَا يَلْزَمُهُ شَيْءٌ) كَحَجَّةِ الْإِسْلَامِ (ثُمَّ إنْ وَجَدَهُمَا) ؛ أَيْ: الزَّادَ وَالرَّاحِلَةَ (لَزِمَهُ) بِالنَّذْرِ السَّابِقِ فَيَنْعَقِدُ النَّذْرُ بِالْعَجْزِ كَمَا تَقَدَّمَ.
