وَإِن نَذَرَ صَومًا أَو صَوْمَ بَعْضِ يَومٍ لَزِمَهُ يَومٌ بِنِيةٍ مِنْ اللَّيلِ

(وَإِنْ نَذَرَ مُكَلَّفٌ صَوْمًا) أَوْ أَطْلَقَ، أَوْ نَذَرَ (صَوْمَ بَعْضِ يَوْمٍ) كَنِصْفِهِ لَزِمَهُ صَوْمُ يَوْمٍ تَامٍّ (بِنِيَّةٍ مِنْ اللَّيْلِ) لِأَنَّهُ أَقَلُّ الصَّوْمِ.
