(وَتَنْفِيذُ الْحُكْمِ يَتَضَمَّنُ الْحُكْمَ بِصِحَّةِ الْحُكْمِ الْمُنَفَّذِ) قَالَ ابْنُ نَصْرِ اللَّهِ: لَا أَنَّهُ أَيْ: التَّنْفِيذُ (حُكْمٌ) بِالْمَحْكُومِ بِهِ (إذْ الْحُكْمُ بِالْمَحْكُومِ بِهِ تَحْصِيلٌ لِلْحَاصِلِ، وَفِي كَلَامِ الْأَصْحَابِ مَا يَدُلُّ عَلَى أَنَّهُ) أَيْ: التَّنْفِيذُ
