(وَ) تَصِحُّ (مِمَّنْ مَسَّ ثَوْبُهُ ثَوْبًا) نَجِسًا (أَوْ حَائِطًا نَجِسًا لَمْ يَسْتَنِدْ إلَيْهِ) ؛ لِأَنَّهُ لَيْسَ مَحِلًّا لِثَوْبِهِ وَلَا بَدَنِهِ.
