(وَحُرِّمَ دَعْوَاهُ) ؛ أَيْ: الْمُدَّعِي (ثَانِيًا وَتَحْلِيفُهُ) أَيْضًا كَبَرِيءٍ؛ أَيْ: كَمَا تَحْرُمُ دَعْوَاهُ عَلَى بَرِيءٍ وَتَحْلِيفُهُ؛ لِأَنَّهُ ظُلْمٌ لَهُ
