(وَمَنْ قَلَّدَ مُجْتَهِدًا فِي صِحَّةِ نِكَاحِ) زَوْجَتِهِ (لَمْ يُفَارِقْهَا بِتَغْيِيرِ اجْتِهَادِهِ) ؛ أَيْ: الْمُجْتَهِدِ الَّذِي قَلَّدَهُ فِي صِحَّتِهِ (لِحُكْمٍ) ؛ أَيْ: كَمَا لَوْ حَكَمَ لَهُ حَاكِمٌ مُجْتَهِدٌ بِصِحَّةِ نِكَاحٍ ثُمَّ تَغَيَّرَ اجْتِهَادُهُ إلَى صِحَّتِهِ؛ فَلَا يُفَارِقُ
