وَلَا يَلْزَمُهُ إعلَامُ مُقَلِّدِهِ بِتَغَيُّرِهِ

(وَلَا يَلْزَمُهُ) ؛ أَيْ: الْمُجْتَهِدَ الَّذِي قَلَّدَهُ الْعَامِّيُّ فِي صِحَّةِ نِكَاحٍ إذَا تَغَيَّرَ اجْتِهَادُهُ (إعْلَامُ مُقَلِّدٍ لَهُ) فِي صِحَّةِ النِّكَاحِ (بِتَغْيِيرِهِ) ؛ أَيْ: الِاجْتِهَادِ؛ لِمَا سَبَقَ مِنْ أَنَّهُ لَا يَلْزَمُهُ الْفِرَاقُ بِتَغْيِيرِ اجْتِهَادِ مَنْ قَلَّدَهُ.
