(فِي حَدِّ اللَّهِ) تَعَالَى (كَزِنًا وَشُرْبِ) مُسْكِرٍ؛ لِأَنَّهَا مَبْنِيَّةٌ عَلَى السَّتْرِ وَالدَّرْءِ بِالشُّبْهَةِ، وَلِهَذَا لَا تُقْبَلُ فِيهَا الشَّهَادَةُ عَلَى الشَّهَادَةِ، فَكَذَا كِتَابُ الْقَاضِي؛ لِأَنَّهُ فِي مَعْنَاهَا
