(وَيُقْبَلُ) كِتَابُ الْقَاضِي (فِيمَا حَكَمَ بِهِ) الْكَاتِبُ (لِيُنَفِّذَهُ) الْمَكْتُوبُ إلَيْهِ (وَإِنْ كَانَا) ؛ أَيْ: الْكَاتِبُ وَالْمَكْتُوبُ إلَيْهِ (بِبَلَدٍ وَاحِدٍ) لِأَنَّ الْحُكْمَ يَجِبُ إمْضَاؤُهُ بِكُلِّ حَالٍ، وَلَا يُقْبَلُ
