(فِيمَا ثَبَتَ عِنْدَهُ) ؛ أَيْ: الْكَاتِبِ (لِيَحْكُمَ بِهِ) الْمَكْتُوبُ إلَيْهِ (إلَّا فِي مَسَافَةِ قَصْرٍ) فَأَكْثَرَ؛ لِأَنَّهُ نَقْلُ شَهَادَةٍ إلَى الْمَكْتُوبِ إلَيْهِ؛ فَلَمْ يَجُزْ مَعَ الْقُرْبِ كَالشَّهَادَةِ عَلَى الشَّهَادَةِ
