(فَقَالَ أَحَدُهُمَا أَنَا آخُذُ الْأَدْنَى) ؛ أَيْ: الْأَسْفَلَ (وَيَبْقَى لِي فِي الْأَعْلَى تَتِمَّةُ حِصَّتِي؛ فَلَا إجْبَارَ) لِشَرِيكِهِ عَلَى ذَلِكَ؛ لِمَا فِيهِ مِنْ إسْقَاطِ حَقِّ شَرِيكِهِ مِنْ الْأَدْنَى بِغَيْرِ رِضَاهُ.
