(وَمَنْ دَعَا شَرِيكَهُ فِيهَا) ؛ أَيْ: قِسْمَةِ التَّرَاضِي (إلَى بَيْعٍ أُجْبِرَ) عَلَى الْبَيْعِ مَعَهُ (فَإِنْ أَبَى) ؛ أَيْ: امْتَنَعَ شَرِيكُهُ مِنْ بَيْعٍ مَعَهُ (بِيعَ) ؛ أَيْ: بَاعَهُ حَاكِمٌ (عَلَيْهِمَا، وَقَسَمَ الثَّمَنَ) بَيْنَهُمَا عَلَى قَدْرِ حِصَّتَيْهِمَا نَصًّا.
