(وَلَا بَأْسَ) بِالصَّلَاةِ (بِطَرِيقِ أَبْيَاتٍ قَلِيلَةٍ، وَبِمَا عَلَا عَنْ جَادَّةِ مُسَافِرٍ يَمْنَةً وَيَسْرَةً) نَصًّا فَتَصِحُّ الصَّلَاةُ فِيهِ بِلَا كَرَاهَةٍ؛ لِأَنَّهُ لَيْسَ بِمَحَجَّةٍ.
