(وَيَتَّجِهُ الْأَصَحُّ) أَنَّ (مِنْهُ) أَيْ: مِنْ الْعُذْرِ الْمُبِيحِ لِلصَّلَاةِ فِي أَمَاكِنِ النَّهْيِ، (خَوْفُ خُرُوجِ وَقْتٍ) ، وَهَذَا الِاتِّجَاهُ نُصُوصُهُمْ تَأْبَاهُ.
